This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site or contact us, why we hold it, and the choices you have.

Reservation details: name, phone number, email address, party size, date and time, and any dietary or occasion notes you choose to give us. Table bookings are processed through our reservation partner, SevenRooms.

Event and group enquiries: the contact details and event brief you submit through our enquiry forms.

Gift vouchers: the recipient and purchaser details you enter. Card payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

Website usage: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through analytics and the Meta Pixel.

Correspondence: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or social media.

To confirm, prepare for and honour your booking or event, including allergy and accessibility requirements.

To respond to enquiries and issue quotations, invoices and gift vouchers.

To send booking confirmations, reminders and — only where you have opted in — occasional news about menus, events and offers.

To understand how the site is used and to improve it, and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

We only send marketing email to people who have asked for it. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Operational messages about a booking you have made are not marketing and will still be sent.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the restaurant and this website: our reservation platform, payment processor, email delivery provider, hosting and analytics providers.

We do not sell personal data. We disclose it to authorities only where the law requires it.

The site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential features such as reservations may not work correctly if you do.

Reservation and enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, and are then deleted or anonymised. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it. Data is held on access-controlled systems, transmitted over encrypted connections, and payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor.

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you may request access to the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent you previously gave.
